They spend as much time as possible on the water to make the most of it and for those who do this every day, it’s a way of life. In this story, three friends have shown how compassionate fishermen can be, when they made a surprising discovery at sea.
What started as a typical fishing trip quickly became a shocking rescue mission. They knew they had to help when they saw something alive on top of a very unstable iceberg. Even if they didn’t know what it was at first, they reacted in the kindest way possible without thinking about it. These brave fishermen risked their lives and careers for an unknown animal that needed help and they proved they have some of the biggest hearts out there. They acted out when many people would have just ignored it. That should bring you faith in humanity and make you feel better about the world.
A crew of friends
Mallory Harrigan, Allan Russel, and Cliff Russel were best friends and loved to fish together, so it made sense for them to turn it into a business. The trio bought a fishing boat and started their own fishing company. It was small, with one boat and a crew of three, but they all enjoyed it. Fishing can be challenging, but they were happy to be out on the water every day together.
