Deciding to move to France was a great idea but albeit a complicated one as Erin’s French was not perfect enough for her to start practising as a doctor in her husband’s homeland.
This seeming obstacle presented the pair with one more out-of-the-box idea- to change their career paths and try something that neither had ever imagined doing before.
