But this particular fall happened during the glamorous Ischia Film Festival in Italy where she fell down wearing a sparkling silver dress and matching metallic stilettos. It isn’t the first time the celebrity is caught on camera falling down, but this time it didn’t involve nightclubs and alcohol.
