Julia had always been a grounded and invested woman. She said about herself: “I don’t really usually think of myself as somebody who really cares that much [about] what people think”. But the situation at her new school was getting complicated, and she knew that this time she would have to react differently. On her first day, she dropped her children at kindergarten, and headed to the school wearing her new dress that fitted her perfectly. She was ready to reach her goals, but she would never have expected that her first day would end up being such a disaster.
