What are suckers? They are the little stems that grow between the central stem and the main stem. Remember to remove them since they do not produce fruits and their presence prevents the light from reaching the plant properly. This technique is not absolutely necessary but it can help obtain better fruits. To remove the suckers, the plant has to be at least 80 cm high.
