But there are plenty more impressive female athletes out there – for instance Hope Solo, who was America’s famous goalkeeper and played with the USA team from 2000 to 2016. Quite an impressive athlete as well, she actually holds the record for the greatest number of career clean sheets in the country, and has been called by many the best female goalie in history. So if you still think of soccer as a masculine sport, think again, cause there are some very amazing female athletes in those sports too, and that do not deserve to be overlooked!
